The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

Outstanding location, just minutes from major attractions. The rooftop bar provided an excellent retreat with delicious beverages and evening music. The attentive staff made the experience truly memorable.

The slippery pool area presented a real hazard. Additionally, some gym equipment was faulty, which could be frustrating for fitness enthusiasts.

A delightful breakfast surprise

Every morning felt like a treat with the hotel's delectable buffet, featuring fresh local delicacies and made-to-order coffee. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

While the stay was enjoyable, we did experience noise disturbances from a party above us on our first night. It disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we hoped for.

I'm all about that great local food vibe, and Icon Saigon doesn't disappoint! Grabbed some incredible vegan dishes nearby at Ganesh—totally a game changer. Plus, the breakfast buffet was on point, with friendly staff content to whip up barista-made coffee. The location is prime for exploring, just a hop away from Ben Thanh Market. The room was cozy too!

Excellent breakfast buffet with barista-made coffee.

The room felt cramped with insufficient seating. There was no night stand on one side of the bed, making it uncomfortable. I expected a more spacious arrangement, but it left me feeling unsettled during my stay.
